MUSHROOM GATHERERS TAKE NOTE. Three young Christchurch business girls spent a recent week-end gathering mushrooms not far from Christchurch. They made a splendid haul and in the excitement of 'their harvesting overlooked the fact that they were walking through heavy wet grass in shoes far too thin for the job. On the Monday, each of the three knew they were in for a cold. When comparing notes in the lunch hour they each wisely decided to purchase a bottle of Baxter’s Lung Preserver and prevent their colds developing, as they were anxious not to have to absent themselves from their duties. They did absolutely the right thing for the next day they were all on the job, and a few regular doses of “Baxter’s” had all three of them fit and well again by the Wednesday morning. Moral: There are hundreds of ways of getting a cold, but there is only one way to tackle it when you’ve got it, and that’s with “Baxter’s”— most reliable of remedies.
