VICTORIAN POLITICS. A COMPOSITE MINISTRY. MELBOURNE, May 18. A composite Ministry has been formed as follows: Sir Stanley Argylo, Premier, Treasurer and Minister of Health. Mr lan MacFarlan, Chief Secretary. Mr R. Menzies, Solicitor-General and Minister of Railways. Mr John Allan, Minister of Agriculture. Mr A. Dunstan, Minister of Lands and Forests. Mr J. Pennington, Minister of Education. Mr J. Jones, Minister of Works and Mines. Mr G. Goudie, Minister of Water Supply and Labour. The election figures are not yet complete, but the Attorney-General, Mr W. Slater, has been definitely defeated.
