CHURCH SERVICES.
At the 11 a.m. Communion service at the Church of Christ, Evangelist A. Henricksen will speak on “The Unruly Member.” This will be a special message to Christians. The gospel service will open with a session of bright community singing led by Mr J. Parker. “Can Believers be Saved Without Baptism” is the thenio upon which the evangelist will speak. There will bo another baptismal service at the close. No offerings will be taken. At the Oroua Hall, Cuba Street, to-mor-row, Mr E. L. Maindonald, from Oamaru. will give an address in tho afternoon on “The Times of the Gentiles,” subject of special interest in these days. This will be followed by a Gospel service at 7 o clock, when “Bivino Certainties” will be dealt with. On Tuesday evening, Mr W. S. Blick, who has spent the best part of 32 vears in missionary work at Penang, Singapore, and other parts of the Malay Peninsula, will give an account of the work he and others have been engaged in.
