Convicted as a statutory first offender on the sth inst., an elderly man, Alfred Frederick Quartermain, was again arrested for drunkenness the following day. He appeared before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., at the Magistrate’s Court this morning to be fined a further ten shillings.
