DAVIS CUP.
UNITED STATES TEAM. Received April 7, 8.5 a.m. NEW YORK, April 5. Ellsworth Vines, Francis Shields, John Van Ryn and Wilmer Allison have been named for the United States Davis Cup team against Canada in the first round of the international tennis play.. The team originally selected included George Lott, but lie has announced his retirement.
