APPEAL COURT JUDGMENT.
KAIRANGA FARMING CASE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Dec. 4. The Court of Appeal to-day granted conditional leave to David Prouse, of Kairanga, to appeal to the Privy Council from the judgment of the Court of Appeal, delivered on October 22, in the action brought against him by’ his son Louis Hector Prouse, of Palmerston North. Security was fixed at £SOO, to be found within three months.
A request for a stay of execution was not granted.
