JAPANESE EMPEROR’S GIFTS. TOKIO, Aug. 22. As a mark of sympathy the Emperor is donating from the Privy purse 100,000 yen to the Chinese sufferers in the Hankow floods, and 10,000 to the J apanese sufferers.
