AMERICAN UNEMPLOYED.

SENATOR’S GIFT. NEW YORK, Aug. 22. A message from Detroit states that Senator Couzens, formerly Mr Henry Ford’s partner, to-day offered 1,000,000 dollars for the relief of the unemployed in Detroit during the coming winter.
