EARL JELLICOE IN CANADA.
QUEBEC, Aug. 22. Earl Jellicoe arrived here on Saturday from London en route to Toronto to preside at the fifth biennial convention of the British Empire Service League, which will open on September 5. A salute of 19 guns was fired and lie was given a warm welcome by a distignuished gathering of military and veteran officials.
