Per Press Association. ELTHAM, Aug. 21. The Taranaki Electric Power Board to-day passed a resolution to the effect that an internal general economic readjustment, which is necessary as a result of the fall in the national revenue, cannot be accomplished without the lowering of the interest charges,.
