Canada should share in tho expenses of the Royal Household, said Mr. Armand Lavergne, Deputy-Speaker of the Canadian House of Commons, in a recent address. “Not onlv Canada,” he said, “but all the colonies, and selfgoverning* Dominions should subscribe to the upkeep of the King and the Royal Family in recognition of their duties.”
