DR. STOPES INVITED TO ROME
Received August 20, 12.30 p.m. ROME, Aug. 19. Dr. Marie Stopes has been officially invited to speak on birth control at the International Congress on September 7 for the study of population. The invitation- points out that propaganda will not be permitted and the subject must be treated purely scientifically.
