WORLD DIFFICULTIES

SOLUTION OF PROBLEMS. POWERS’ RELATIONS. BISHOP OF LONDON’S VIEWS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph .—Copyright.) Received August 19, 11.0 a.m. VANCOUVER, Aug. 18. Closer relationship, both spiritual and economic, among the nations is the solution of the present world difficulties, according to Dr. WinningtoriIngram, Bishop of London, who delivered an address at a Canadian Club luncheon to-day. Dr. Ingram reiterated his old plea for the complete cancellation of the ■war debts. His Lordship said he believed that the people were beginning to see that cancellation was the only way, and the'moratorium was an indication of that opinion. They were finding out that one nation could not be prosperous entirely at the expense of another.

Dr. Ingram will visit Vancouver Island during the week to enjoy the fishing.
