Charged in the Supremo Court with having obtained goods to the value of £lls 9s 3d and a sum of £29 10s 9d in money by falsely representing that she was in such a financial position as to enable her to purchase the business of Edwin John Tall and Mary Tall, storekeepers, Emily M. Cull, a young married woman, was to-day found guilty and. remanded in custody for sentence.
