OBITUARY
DISTINGUISHED BRITISH SOLDIER (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received August 19, 1.5 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 15. The death has occurred of Lieuten-ant-Colonel John Shenvood-Kelly, V.C., C.M.G., D. 5.0., aged 51. He nommanded the Second Hampshire Regiment in Northern Russia in 1919. Ho was wounded five times, and was mentioned in despatches on fivo occasions.
