WILLING TO CONSIDER OFFERS FOR FLEETS. Received July 30, 1 p.m LONDON, July 29. The Daily Express state;? that the voting trustees of the Royal Mail Steam Packet Company, are willing to consider satisfactory offers for the disposal of the fleets. The sale of any of these groups would mean the breaking up of the greatest shipping combine in the world.
