INDUSTRIAL TOWNS’ POPULATIONS. AMAZING GROWTH. Received July 24, 9.30 a.m. MOSCOW, July 23. The populations of the industrial towns havo grown amazingly under the five y r ear production plan. Kuznetskstroi, which formerly' had 7000 of a population, may now have 100,000. The Soviet has created cultural bands of teachers, doctors, and hygienists to inculcate cleanliness among the inhabitants. and is also providing school children with free breakfasts and clothing.
