DIPHTHERIA OUTBREAK.
CARRIERS LOCATED. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, July 23. As a result of the Health Department’s investigations four carriers of diphtheria—one child and three adults —have been located and are now isolated. The department says that the outbreak is a mild one.
