LEGION OF FRONTIERSMEN.
Per Press Association. ELTHAM, July 24. Colonel Vickeridge, commander of the New Zealand Division of the Legion of Frontiersmen, announces the following appointments to headquarters staff: —Lieutenant J. C. Findlater, second in command and Adjutant with the rank of Major. Trooper Sergeant Mather is attached to headquarters with the rank of Staff-Ser-geant Major. Trooper Fittall becomes a staff-sergeant. Colonel Vickridge told a large gathering of frontiersmen at Eltham that there was considerable activity among the Legion throughout New Zealand. Never before was there such a forward move in the organisation.
