IN BANKRUPTCY.
FRUITERER’S FAILURE. There were no creditors present yesterday afternoon for the examination in bankruptcy by the Deputy-Official Assignee (Mr C. E. Dempsy) of Henry Francis Robinson, fruiterer, of Cuba Street. Bankrupt’s schedule showed a deficiency of £199 Is sd, debts owing to unsecured creditors being £292 Is 5d and assets £93. The meeting was adjourned sine die.
