RUSSIAN BUTTER.
Received July 24, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, July 23. In the House of Commons to-day, Mr A. Greenwood said that the Ministry recently examined samples of Russian butter and reported favourably on it. He had not inquired into the conditions of its production in Russia.
