THE PARNELL SEAT. AUCKLAND, July 3. Mr John Caughley, formerly New Zealand Director of Education, lias been chosen as tire United Party's candidate for Parnell. This seat, was won by Mr H. R. Jenkins, who retired, Mr W. P. Endean, the Reformer, succeeding him.
