MANAWATU CLUB. The best cards returned in the April bogey competition pLayed at the Hokowhitu links on Saturday afternoon were as follow : —W. A. Keeling, 2 up; E. R. Louisson, 3 down; W. H. Knight, 3 down; D. Macpherson, 5 down. PALMERSTON NORTH CLUB. The April medal competition for men was played on the Palmerston North Golf Club’s links on- Saturday. Some good cards were returned, a pleasing feature being the excellent scores of the junior players, one of whom, J. Danks, handed in the best card of 67 net. J. W. Hug'gins was next with a net 68.
