The validity of the regulations granting preference to members of the Waterside Workers’ Federation is being tested at law. * Mr Justice Starkg. has granted an application by the shipowners for an injunction to restrain the Federal Ministry from enforcing the i regulations. A Full Court of the High Court will probably, be specially constituted 'to hear the ease next week.
