Results were as follow: 220vds.—First heat: Kilpatrick (24 yrs), 1; Campbell (16), 2; McDonald (15), 3. Second heat: Moxom (2), 1; Ducker (16). 2; Jackson (12), 3. Final: Kilpatrick 1, Ducker 2, Campbell 3. Time, 23 1-5. Two miles. B grade cycle: Jensen (scr.). 1 ; Mutch (scr.), 2; Astin ( —), 3. Time, smins. 18secs.
Lap cycle race.—First heat: Dixon (70), 1; McKenzie (50), 2. Second lap: V. Smith (100), 1; Jones (100), 2. Third lap: Mutch (90), 1; W. Smith (110), 2. Final: Dixon 1, V. Smith 2. Mutch 3. Time, 40secs. Boys’ race: Davey 1, Cockburn 2, Ward 3.
