DEATH OF BEN DEELEY. INQUEST AT AUCKLAND. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Nov. 5. The inquest concerning the death of Benjamin Kinsman Deeley, aged 48, the wellknown jockey, who was tound in a state of collapse at his house in Green Lane early on Thursday morning, and died in the Auckland Hospital some hours later, was opened by the Coroner, Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M. Medical evidence was not taken, but the police report stated that tho supposed cause of death was fracture of the skull and cerebral haemorrhage following an accidental fall. The inquest was adjourned sine die.
