BOWLING.
MATCH AT FEILDING
(Special to “Standard.”) A challenge for the Dixon Cup and Tucker Badges was easily stemmed off bv a rink from the Shannon Bowling Club which visited the Feilding greens on Saturday. The rain held off long enough for 16 heads to be played before play became impossible, but bv this time the visitors were hopelessly behind, the scores standing at 26 to 6 in favour of Feilding. The rinks were: Feilding. —Way, Ramsay, Moore, Neilson (skip)/ Shannon:' Hook, Cronouest, A. Morgan, G. Quarrie (skip). This is the third win Neilsoii’s rink has scored.
