SYDNEY BRIDGE.
HUGE COST. SYDNEY Sept. 19. Official figures show that the sum of £6,812,000 has already been expended on the construction of the Sydney Harbour bridge, and the purchase of land for the approaches. The original estimate of the total cost of the bridge and resumptions was £5,750,000. It is expected that when completed the cost will be £B,750,000.
