MANAWATU CLUB. MATCH WITH RANGITIKEI. A team of fifteen players from the Rangitikei Golf Club visited the Hokovrhitu links to-day for the purposes of an inter-club match with the Manawatu Club. The contest resulted in a win for Manawatu in the four ball by five matches to two and in the singles by eight to three with four matches halved. During the course of the match the captain of the visiting team, Mr A. J. Law, achieved greatness by holding out in one at the Willows (168 yards).
