MANAWATU CLUB. MATCH WITH RANGITIKEI. A team of fifteen players from the Rangitikei Golf Club visited the Hokovrhitu links to-day for the purposes of an inter-club match with the Manawatu Club. The contest resulted in a win for Manawatu in the four ball by five matches to two and in the singles by eight to three with four matches halved. During the course of the match the captain of the visiting team, Mr A. J. Law, achieved greatness by holding out in one at the Willows (168 yards). The following are the detailed results of the nlatch, Manawatu players being named first: — Four-ball—A. Seifert and J. MTaylor beat A. J: Law and Blake; W. E. "Winks and N. Buist lost to F. Fenwick and R. J. Carter; T. Loiusson and J. J. Stevenson beat L. J. Cooper and J. S. Trieker; F. Bendall and J. K. Thompson bent H. J. Hendry and R. Mansell; R. B. Wheeley and I. Macpherson lost to T. L. Mansell and J. Daniell; J. F. Field and R- W. Priest beat A. K. Drew and G. Bertram; A. Herrold and W. M. Hall beat G. Drew and J. Trieker. Singles.—A. Seifert beat A. J.
