MANAWHENUA v. WAIRARAPA. ALTERATIONS IN LOCAL TEAM. Two of the original selections in the Manawhenua team to oppose Wairarapa at Masterton to-morrow in Conrad and Goldfinch have announced their inability to make the trip, the former finding it impossible to secure the necessary leave, while Goldfinch is suffering from an injury to a shoulder received in Wednesday’s trial game. Akuira will now go into the five-eighth line in place of Goldfinch, while Rae will go into the pack in place of Conrad.
