DECLINE IN NUMBER. SYDNEY, Aug. 13. Official figures relative to the number of mo(or vehicles in Australia on June 30 give the total as 650,000, which is 20,000 fewer than on December 31, 1929. All classes of motor vehicles show a decline. ,
