(British Official Wireless,) Received August 14, 10.55 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 13. The Colonial Office announces that Dr. Shiels, Parliamentary Under-; Secretary for the Colonies, will take the opportunity during the Parliamentary recess of making a short visit to Palestine. . It is.contemplated that in the course of his journey Dr. Shiels will also call at Cyprus.
