CIRCULATING IN WELLINGTON. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 13. The Wellington banks have found_ that drifting into the hands of the tellers are a number of silvered pennies with the portrait of Queen Victoria on one side, and the portrait of. Edward the Seventh on the other. The edges are notched to suggest that they were once milled.... The public are warned to watch out.
