(Mr Cooper) v. S. Hauora, 6s lid, costs 17s. J. H. Lewis was ordered to pay to A. J. McLeavey £4 11s 6d, in default five days’ imprisonment. A. Lund was ordered to pay to A. Besley (Mr Grant) £44 16s 6d, in default 28 days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended as long as defendant pays £lO per month. W. It. Goodall was ordered to pay to R. E. Hart (Mr McLeavey) £l3 9s 3d in default 14 days’ imprisonment, tho warrant to he suspended while defendant pays £1 per month.
