ROUMANIAN ROYALTY.
ARTICLE CONCERNING PRINCE. BUCHAREST. May 17. Defying the Government, which prohibited the publication of an article concerning Prince Carol, issues of a newspaper called The Future appeared. A strong force of police appeared on the scene, but a crowd of Liberal party supporters blocked their passage. Dozens of newsboys broke the cordon and ran, selling copies, with the police in hot pursuit . There were similar scenes at the office of a newspaper cahed Epoca.
