DAMAGE IN VICTORIA. (United Press Association.—By Eleatric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received May 14 10.5 a.m. SYDNEY, May 13. A fierce storm raged throughout Victoria all night long, the wind reaching a velocity of 80 miles an hour. There was widespread damage done. At eight o’clock this morning heavy rain fell. Telegraphic work was greatly hampered, and then for a while was interrupted, resulting in the delay of transmissions of English and other Press cable matter.
