PERSONAL.
J rr M.P., on the motion ot Mr H. H. Hunt, seconded by Mr P. J. Small, was yesterday reflected chairman of the Manawatu-Oroua Electric Power Board for a further term, _ making his eighth successive year in the office. The executive, consisting of the chairman, with Messrs Linklater, McElroy, McLean, Hunt and Eliott, were re-elected.
