DIVORCE SUIT.

PETITION GRANTED. An undefended petition in divorce was heard by His Honour the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in the Palmerston North Supreme Court yesterday afternoon, when Christina Lyons, of Wellington, proceeded against her husband, Henry Edward Lyons. Mr Leicester, of Wellington, represented stated in evidence that she was married in a registrars office, and had since lived in Wellington and Christchurch. There had been two children.
