MAN MISSING.
Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 7. Leonard Peghjr, aged 52, left his home on Friday morning, stating that he was going for a walk, but has not been seen by his wife or friends since then. He had not been well for some days prior to his disappearance. Mr Pegler is well and favourably known in the city as manager of E. Reece, Ltd.’s hardware shop. He is also known as a keen golfer and bowler.
