USES FOR WOOL.
MUST MEET COMPETITION. Received April 8, 10.5 a.m. SYDNEY, April 8. At a conference of the Graziers’ Association of New South Wales, Mr F. H. Tout, in his presidential address, declared that new uses for wool must be found, such as the creation of finer, lighter and brighter fabrics, which could compete successfully with substitutes, Wool had rested too long on its laurels.
