LIGHTSHIP OVERDUE.
NON-ARRIVAL AT RANGOON. Received March 11, 10.50 a.m. RANGOON, March 10. The port authorities express misgiving at the non-arrival of the new lightship Thalun. The lightship, which is being towed by a Dutch steamer, left Dover in December, and is over a fortnight overdue. No reply has been received to telegraphs inquiring as to her whereabouts.
