IN FAVOUR OF ARABS.
PALESTINE COMMISSION. FORECAST OF THE FINDINGS. Received March 11, 10.5 a.m. LONDON, March 10. The Daily News states: “It is understood that tho Palestine commission, which is shortly making its report, will recommend that a wider interpretation be given to the Balfour Declaration regarding the Jewish national home. “The commission takes the view that the time is not ripe for the Zionists to assume control of Palestine. The findings, probably, will be generally in favour of the Arabs and may raise the whole question of the future of tlie British mandate.
“Mr H. Snell, Labour member of tho commission, reported that he had made reservations, otherwise the recommendations were unanimous.”
