THIEVES IN AUCKLAND
Per Press Association
AUCKLAND, Aug. 27,
A taste for classic and sacred selections, as well as operatic gems, and a few bright numbers in the way of tuneful melodies, was shown by thieves who broke into the music store of Miss E. M. Grant at 48 Karanghape Road and stole stock worth £l3O. It is thought that a motor car must have waited to take the goods away as nearly 200 records valued at £9O were part of the booty.
