VETERANS’ TOURNABIENT.
Per Press Association. ROTORUA, Aug. 26. In the Dominion veterans’ golf tournament semi-finals, Tonce (Glendowie) beat Colbeck (Auckland), 1 up; Austin (New Plymouth) beat Harold (Wanganui); Corrigan (Tauranga) beat Somervilie (Rotorua), 4 and 5; Blaingay (Blorrinsville) beat Scott (Wellington) 2 and 1. The finals will bo played on Fridav and he open tournament will commence to-morrow.
