FEILDING MATCHES. (Special to “Standard.’-’) FEILDING, Aug. 24. Ladies’ hockey matches at Feilding to-day resulted: — Colyton 4 v. Kia Ora 0; Hinekoa 8 v. High School Old Girls 0. LADIES’ MATCH AT DANNE- ' VIRKE. DANNEVIRKE Aug. 24. In a Nopera Cup challenge match Ruahine-Dannevirke ladies (holders) beat Otaki on heavy ground by 5 goals to nil. RESULTS IN OTHER CENTRES. Wellington.—Senior A : Wellington 5 v. Y.M.C.A. 2; Karori 1 v. Hutt 0; Petone defaulted to Wesley. The University A v. University B match was postponed. Senior B: Wesley 8 v. Y.M.C.A. 2; Hutt 1 v. Huia 1; the University-Petone match was postponed, Training College defaulting to Karori.
