CABINET RESIGNS. (Australian Press Association —United Service.) PARIS, July 27. The Cabinet lias resigned. M. Poincare has not yet undergone reconsider his decision to resign the Premiership. After a lengthy consultation with his colleagues President Doumergue commissioned M. Briand to form a Ministry, which he will proceed to do to-morrow. If successful this will be M. Briand’s twelfth Cabinet.

Mr Ramsay MacDonald has sent a message of sympathy to the sufferer. The newspapers pay tributes to M. Poincare’s career as a statesman of France —a career that culminated with the ratification of the debt agreements:
