CHURCH SERVICES.
Special services will be held in Emmanuel Congregational Church, Broadway, to-morrow, it being special thanksgiving day, and special donations will be thankfully received at both services. The Minister of the Church, Pastor C. G. H. Pycroft, will conduct the morning service, the subject being “Traders for tho Master.” Tho-solo will be'rendered by Miss James. The special speaker at tho evening service will be Miss Jonnie Street, of London, who is touring tho Dominion in tho interests of the Christian Endeavour Movement. Miss Jennie Street has had a largo experience in youth work in England. At tile evening service, the choir, under the baton of Mr D. J. Telford, will render the anthem, “O For a Closer Walk With God,” with Miss Alice Croft taking tho solo part. A very hearty invitation is extended to all to join in these services. At 8.30 p.m. a united Christian enedavour rally will be held in the school room when Miss Street will speak to the members of tho various Christian endeavour societies.
