SUCCESS ON LAKE POTSDAM. ENTHUSIASTIC SPECTATORS. Received June 4, 11.50 a.m. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 3. Sir Henry Segrave, who yesterday at Dampliner, Lake Potsdam, won the German motor boat speed championship, was the centre of an enthusiastic demonstration by 50,000 spectators. The German orchestra played the British National Anthem. Sir Henry won the championship at an average speed of 68 miles per hour. The boat used was the Miss England, of 1000 h.p.
