Morrison and Co eecured an order against N. William son for the immediate payment ot £4 9s 9d, in default 5 days imprisonment. fi Hatton was ordered to pay A. J. Vidal and Son (Mr Grant) the sum of £4 4s 6d forthwith, in default five days’ imprisonment. Z. A. Morton was ordered to pay the same firm £6 9s immediately, • in default five dajs imprisonment. BULLOCK DRIVER IN I ROUBLE. Pleading guilty to charges of being found drunk in the Square yesterday and with having used obscene language N. Campbell, a bullock driver, ageff 42, was fined ss, jn default 24 hours on the first charge, and £2 or seven days’ imprisonment on the sec-011Senior-Sergeant Whitehouse said that Campbell was going to enter a theatre when he was spoken to by a constable. The language was then used. Accused had several previous convictions for similar offences.
