DRAINAGE BOARD MEETING. (From Our Own Correspondent.) RONGOTEA, April 10. At the monthly meeting of the Rongotea Drainage Board there were present:— Messrs J. Gloyn (chairman), A. Burgess, A. Gust, T. Wright, T. Dixon, G. H. Davison and C. Watkins. The overseer reported that four drains were completed and other contracts were well advanced. The following were successful contractors: G. Wilson, Campbell’s drain; J. Mcam's, Sandhill and Coetall’e; G. 'Wheeler,, Willow; W. Foster, Burgess’s; H. Clarke, artesian. The following drains are to be let next meeting: Milne’s, Rheuvaldt’s, Hunt’s Smith’s continuation, Clark's extension, and Willow continuation.
